Cooling System Design and Thermal Analysis of Modular Stator Hybrid Excitation Synchronous Motor

چکیده

Hybrid excitation synchronous motor has the advantages of uniform and adjustable electromagnetic field, wide speed range high power density. It broad application prospects in new energy electric vehicles, wind generation other fields. This paper introduces basic structure hybrid with modular stator, analyzes operation principle motor. The cooling water-cooled plate is designed, effects thickness number water channels on heat dissipation capacity are analyzed by theoretical computational fluid dynamics methods. different structures velocity, pressure drop, pump consumption were compared analyzed. influence inlet flow velocity maximum temperature rise each part analyzed, under optimal traditional spiral jacket components results show that more suitable for stator studied this paper. Based structure, air-water composite component reduced structure.
